How we protect your account
Passwordless sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there are no passwords to leak or reuse.
Two-step verification to administer
Platform administrators also need a second factor on their phone.
Protected session
Your session lives in a cookie the page's code cannot read, and it expires on its own.
Change monitoring
A watchdog checks configuration and incoming external text, and alerts a person to any unapproved change.
Your data
- For your account we store what you give us when signing up (name, email, phone, company) and your platform usage, to provide the service and bill you.
- We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to generate AI summaries.
- Company information comes from public sources (DIAN, RUES, their own websites). Since October 2022 DIAN does not publish transactions by individuals.
- You can access, update, correct or ask us to delete your data by writing to [email protected], under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
